Terms of use

Last updated: July 14, 2026. By using NSFW Picture Maker (“the Service”) you agree to these Terms. Please also read our plain-language Content rules.

1. Age and eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old (or the age of majority where you live, if higher). The Service is adult-only. By creating an account or generating images you confirm you meet this requirement.

2. What the Service is

The Service lets eligible users generate synthetic adult images from text prompts and use a developer API that consumes the same credit balance. Outputs are machine-generated. Quality and style can vary. Failed generations that never return an image do not consume credits.

3. Your account and library

You need an account to generate, view, and download your images. We keep your generations available for download while your account remains open, subject to storage or abuse limits we may publish. Keep your password private. You’re responsible for activity under your account. Credits are non-transferable and have no cash value except as required by law.

4. Allowed content (soft default)

We design the Service for adult fiction. Within the law, you may generate erotic or NSFW imagery of fictional adult characters. We are not trying to regulate adult taste—only clear legal risk.

5. Prohibited requests (must refuse)

You agree not to request, upload seeds for, generate, download, or share outputs that involve:

• Minors. Any sexual or nude depiction of a person who is, or is intended to appear as, under 18—whether real, fictional, “aged up,” or stylized. This includes teens, children, and prompts that imply underage status.
• Non-consensual sexual deepfakes of real people. Sexual or nude imagery of a real, identifiable person without their consent (including celebrities and private individuals).
• Other unlawful material. Content that is illegal under applicable law, including child sexual abuse material and other prohibited exploitation content.
• Evasion. Deliberate attempts to bypass these rules with code words, contradictory ages, or similar tricks.

We may use automated filters, refuse generations, remove files, rate-limit, suspend, or terminate accounts when we reasonably believe these rules were broken. We may preserve and disclose information when required by law or to investigate abuse reports.

6. Your responsibilities

You are responsible for your prompts, API use, and how you store or distribute outputs. Do not use the Service to harass, exploit, or harm others. Comply with the laws that apply to you. If a court or statute forbids a use-case in your location, don’t use the Service for that purpose.

7. Billing

Paid plans and credit packs are charged through Stripe. Prices are shown at checkout. Subscription renewals continue until you cancel in the billing portal. Except where required by law or stated at purchase, credits and fees are generally non-refundable once delivered. Taxes may apply.

8. Intellectual property and license

Subject to these Terms and applicable law, we grant you a license to use images you lawfully generate with your own account for personal or commercial purposes. You must not claim we endorse your use. Model providers and the Service retain their underlying IP. Don’t reverse-engineer the Service except as allowed by law.

9. Service changes; no warranty

We may change features, models, limits, or pricing with notice where practical. The Service is provided “as is.” We don’t guarantee uninterrupted uptime, specific likeness quality, or that every prompt will succeed. To the fullest extent allowed by law, we’re not liable for indirect or consequential damages; our aggregate liability for paid use is limited to the amounts you paid us in the three months before the claim.

10. Termination

You may stop using the Service anytime. We may suspend or close accounts for violations, non-payment, or risk to the Service. On closure, access to the library may end; we may delete associated files after a reasonable period unless law requires retention.
